Daily operation process.<br \/>\n&#8211; Receiving order, acknowledged the PO by checking stock status, allocation of stock, order to factory in Japan and<br \/>\nChina, check the status of ordered items, answer the lead-time &amp; delivery to distributors and customers, arrange<br \/>\nShipping, and invoice to.<br \/>\n&#8211; Reply the inquiry communicating by e-mail &amp; phone call with customers, distributors and German sales.<br \/>\n&#8211; Make a quotation based on the requirement of customers and distributors by using operating system.<br \/>\n(Operation system is our specific design)<br \/>\n&#8211; Occasionally, arrange the export of goods to non-EU countries by issuing export documents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; &gt;3 years experience with knowledge of office operation, especially ordering process and communication with customers &amp; distributors in Europe.<br \/>\n&#8211; English communication (Other language skill is welcome, especially German &amp; Japanese).<br \/>\n&#8211; HBO or higher, and Resident in the Netherlands and work permit holder.<br \/>\n&#8211; Some idea of mmechanical engineering or Control Engineering or equivalent is highly advantage.<br \/>\n&#8211; MS Office &amp; PC skill.<br \/>\n&#8211; A proactive and strong communication skills, good organization skills, team spirit and corporate thinking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our offer &amp; benefit:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Salary : Considered the expectation based on the experience<br \/>\n&#8211; Full time: 36-40 hrs per week, negotiable<br \/>\n&#8211; Package : Health insurance &amp; commute, negotiable.<br \/>\n&#8211; International environment : Our HQ is in Japan, and often communication with Japanese and Chinese factory.
