Responsibilities:
- Communicate efficiently with customers to grow business through means of face-to-face meetings, email, phone, and online meeting tools, etc.
- Approach new customers to cultivate sales opportunities
- Efficiently provide necessary information to both existing & new customers
- Prepare quotations, invoices, shipping documents, and manage the entire shipping order
- Assist with stock inventory management.
Job requirements:
- Experience with either outside sales and/or account management, order processing
- Attention to detail, punctual and well-organized
- Target oriented
- A native or near-native level of Japanese is essential as well as business level English. Dutch is a strong advantage, any other European language is a plus
- A good knowledge of and/or experience in logistics is a plus
- High standard of working ethics
- Communicate effectively and professionally
- Good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Shopify is a plus
- Knowledge of Japanese business culture
- The ability to maintain a professional relationship
- Excellent team player
- Does not mind cold calls/visits
- Holds a valid EU work and residence permit (mandatory)
- Willingness to learn about coffee/tea brewing and tasting
- We are small team so we expect you to be flexible and sometimes do tasks that are outside of the scope of your job description.
What we offer:
- 25 holidays + national holidays
- Working hours from 8:00/9:00 to 17:00/18:00 (40 hours)
- Transportation expenses will be paid
- Salary will be negotiable
Location:
Your day-to-day workplace will be in Amstelveen but you are expected to make yourself available for national as well as international business trips.
